Gripped well in the dry when new but were bad when nearly worn out. My kit car is light and I don't think that the tread deformed enough to get any heat into the tyres, this got worse as the tread depth reduced with wear. I ran them at 18 PSI to create some heat.
They were always terrible in the wet or on greasy roads...safer to walk or catch the bus!
