Ford Focus ST Tyre Review Highlights

Writing about the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 given 100% (225-40-18-W)
Driving on a combination of roads for 1000 spirited miles
Absolutely stunning tyre. Never have I felt so confident in any car I have owned... Been through all kinds of tyres including Michelins, Contis, Toyos and these Asymmetric 2's are by far the best tyre.

Will be buying more of these without a doubt, won't even look at other tyres... you will not get a better tyre than this!

After having these tyres on my ST170 they were a natural choice to replace continentals on a ST . All i can say is these are a great performance tyre. The Focus will easily top 150 mph and acceleration and cornering shame prestige marques. These tyres stand up to the punishment over and over again. I also drive high performane golf gti`s , Audi`s and Bmw`s fitted with O/E tyres I expect no less from Khumo. 6 friends have know taken my advice , saved money and discovered what great tyres these are.

I'm really impressed with these tyres. They're much better than Michelin PS2s, Bridgestone RE050As and the awful cheap Falkens I bought last time.

Great grip in the dry and wet, they feel a lot lighter, more responsive, and less noisy than the other tyres I've had on my ST.

Would definitely recommend them.

Had these on my car for about 2000miles. Have to say for a brand I didn't know anything about I'm very pleased, enough to say I wouldn't use another tyre again.

They have a very distinctive look/tread pattern. The also have a good solid sidewall which gives very good resonse and feedback. I also notice when i first had them that this had the effect of stiffening the ride too.

Dry weather grip is tremendous, and wet weather grip almost as good. Only downside, if there is one, is can be a little noisier than some, but the overall performance of these more than makes up for that.

what more can i say apart from praise for these tyres.

outstanding wet grip, outstanding dry grip and regardless of the wear they still perform at the same level.

driving mostly a combination of both motorway and town driving in a 280bhp focus ST, I was extreemely impressed with the tyres. the original continental contact sport 3 tyres wore out in 6000 miles, and i would say were as good as the KU31 in every respect.

I woudl definately buy again if only I could find a stockist as I am finding very difficult to find these tyres.

Driving on mostly town for 2000 average miles
Well after reading the reviews I thought I would purchase 4 of these tyres for my ST.
The way I look at tyres is that a tyre is a tyre and they are mostly made all in the same factory under different manufacturers.
At £40.00 each from Camskill I could not have gone wrong.
Good grip in the dry and wet and worth every penny and I love the tread pattern.
Ignore the bad reviews. Every tyre will spin in the wet especially with your foot stuck to the floor or heavy boy racer acceleration!!
I would buy these again.
