Had these as OE fit on a Jaguar XJ, and while they were fine in the dry the car was like Bambi on ice in the wet, huge slides available at will which is fun but not really safe. Threw them in the bin with most of the life left in them. I can see why the supercharged Jaguars have a reputation for randomly spinning out in the rain with these as OE fit.

Have used Pirelli three on most of my XJ Jaguar cars and I find them a good all round tyre.

I have just changed from nexen nfera which I thought were pretty good but these new falkerns are just brilliant. 4 weeks in and I've been doing 100 Miles a day in wet heavy rain and slippery roads (same journey every day) so I can see a huge difference in the car, much better grip in dry and especially in wet, less body roll so much more confidence wen taking bends.

Superb tires! I was persuaded to go for the Blacklion Champoint by my tyre centre based on their high labelling scores, A rated grip was what I was looking for after my previous set of 'Premium' tires let me down once too often. Instant improvemnt in my grip and handling after switching. Can't recommend highly enough

I went to purchase my usual Landsail tyres that I've had for a number of years and always found them very good value for money but the dealer did not have them and sold me 2 radar tyres for £180.
4 days and 70miles later my wheels were removed for a refurb and I was amazed the inside of tyre had a bulge all around the inner edge. I had not merged it or anything like that. Went back to the garage who advised that all they could do was fill out a form but radar will claim it's my fault and the claim will be rejected. I changed back to Landsail. If anyone offers you these tyres do not accept them. Awful tyres with awful customer service.

I bought a Jaguar XJ 3.0 Diesel 2013 and these were fitted to it front 245/45R19 and rear 275/40R19. In the dry they are ok grip wise however in the wet they are useless and dangerous. Very very very noisy specially on a cold dry winter day. I have done good 3k miles and they havent worn a touch, not serprised though because they are like hard lump of plastic not rubber. You can tell from their colour they are a very hard tyre. I am going to changing them all to Falken even though there is still good 5mm of tread left on them. I really don’t understand why people put rubbish tyre on luxury and sport cars. Why buy an expensiv flashy car and try to save a few pounds on the most critical thing on the car. My advise to people DO NOT buy these horrible/ dangerous tyres. If you have a sport car buy mid-range or premium. If you have an everyday car and you want to save money then buy a better budget brand probably cost a fiver per tyre more if that.

These are OEM fitment for the XJ. I drive pretty hard and still managed 10k on the rears. At 4mm i noticed a slight lack of adhesion which by 3mm had become more pronounced. I always change my tyres with at least 3mm remaining but with these tyres I had to in order to maintain a acceptable level of grip. Don't get me wrong these are a great tyre and i have replaced like for like. They are the quietest by far, wet grip is high and they communicate well when pushed. Price wise they are on par with other premium brands. Get the 'J' suffix for rim protection. Recommended
