As previously stated OEM on my 6, would have given it top marks, but I haven't got any other tyre to rate it against recently. Had an Avensis and usually had to change at about 16k (no where near as sporty), so these still have 5k left in them and I think that is great! Road handling is superb, never once felt like it was going to let go.

Early days yet but these tyres are performing well so far. Dry grip is good with a decent amount of feedback and plenty of warning at the limit. Grip on wet roads is far better than I thought it would be considering this is a summer tyre. Comfort on all road surfaces is definitely a step up from the very worn Pirellis they replaced. How they will wear over time remains to be seen, but overall these are not bad at all for a budget tyre and I would definitely buy again at the price.

These are great tyres. Replaced the stock goodyear and immediately noticed the difference. They run these in a race series near me too and they seem to cope really well on track not that im going to take the mazda on track!
These things are really quiet too. I recommend these!

Mazda6 2.0A with 205/55/16 Rainsport 2
Dry grip is amazing! Especially latitudinal grip! In corners it grips and grips and grips.
Braking is excellent with nothing to say more about it.
Sound noise is ok, I would say slightly lower than avg.
New tyres featuring very deep thread.
ah! I haven't noticed any *significant* improved against Michelin Energy/Toyo Proxes CF/Pirelly (don't remember model) in dry conditions. As for my all these "tyre for wet roads" announcements are just another ad =) Not that they are bad in rain but you need to try hard to spot the difference to usual all weather tyre.
Please be aware that these tyres are dreadful in snowy condition! =) There were not THAT much snow last winter but couple times I was unable to park in my slot that has a small bias... Although if you will keep safe distance everything should be under control on the road. Just keep distance =) !
p.s. Quite likely that I will buy them another time as they are well priced good quality tyres, looking good too =)

First time try out with these on fronts. Very good so far compared to BS Turanza previously. Good in the wet (its Aberdeen of course)and okay in snow. Only driven 2500K so far but the hype suggests that these will be better worn compared to competitors.
Gonna go buy another one for rear, so will soon have three on car.

Okay, Final feedback from my previous mazda 6 report. Car now sitting at 36K and need to change these optigrip tyres. Done me well over 1 1/4 with about 16k mile son the clock (from what I can remember from initial review as I cannot reaccess the full review from this website).
Would recommend them again.

OEM fit tyres perform well in the dry and fairly well in the wet with decent feedback. Seemed like they were waering very well up to about 9000 miles then suddenly started wearing very quickly and by 12000 were ready for a swap.
