Please read this review! it nearly cost me my car!!!!!

Recently got these on and thought I would try these on the rear instead of my Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas, reviews seemed promising and thought why the hell not!

the car is setup for track and I love AD08R tires and these were ment to be as good for a lower cost! I have had these on for a few hundred miles on the road first to see how they do and to wear them in abit,

dry grip is good but not brilliant, I find it lacks something and jitters around alot and is not quite planted!

wet grip!!! well today showed me how bad they are in the wet!!! i nearly lost the cars back end because the tires felt like it was on ice! NEVER have i had this before EVER!!!!!!!! they are ok in a straight line in the wet but any corners it hates it! i was going just 55 MPG on an off ramp off the Motorway and it was not fun and I had to swerve acros the 2nd land and not hit the barrier! luckly I was able to regain control or it could have been very bad for my car!

for this reason if you want these tires BUY THEM FOR DRY USE ONLY!!!! I would hate to know how they are in the colder months even on track!

back to the Vredesteins I go as they are very good and even handle track events very well

Driving on a combination of roads for 1100 spirited miles
I bought these tyres 2 months ago. I drive very aggressive because I live in L.A.. these tyres have handled everything I've had to throw at them. So far this winter in L.A. it's been raining on a weekly basis. These tyres haven't hydroplane at all. They are also some of the most comfortable tyres I've owned. That surprised me because the design does not look like they're made for comfort. They have a aggressive look to them. Also they are pretty quite. I would say these are about as good as the Continentals I had on the car before these. Except these are slot more affordable.

Driving on a combination of roads for 25000 spirited miles
These came on my Eclipse when I purchased it from the dealership. For a cheap tire to get you there and to last, they are a good cheap tire. When it comes to performance, grip, breaking, and emergency manoeuvres/breaking there terrible. Even worse when wet, but not bad in the snow. The day I got the car said I wanted new tires even tho they were new. If you looking for a decent tire on a budget not a bad choice but would think there's better options out there. Surprisingly they have held up. had them a year put 25000 miles on them and haven't worn half way down. I would not buy these.Wouldn't recommend them considering how they handle when wet, safety is a main concern. Can tell there one of the cheapest tires this size(dealership don't spend money on used cars) but they will get you down the road. You will feel every bump and will want to turn your radio up to cancel the road noise they produce, but less then 50$. Plan of getting Firestone Firehawks Indy 500 with in the next few weeks. Hopefully they will ride and handle better. When it's wet I get nervous and what a more comfortable ride. Got used to the nose but the breaking and handle must be upgraded. I know the car is capable.

Read and understand what you're buying before just taking a cheap price. These are great tires for what they were designed for. Sunny is a major producer of drift tires in Asia. They have hard compound, it makes them very loud, but makes them consistent and predictable for racing applications. If you have a car you intend to play around in, these tires are for you. If you're looking for noise reduction and stability in all-weather, by all means, put for the money for luxury brands. If you're looking for cheap, at least know what you're buying. I did my research and got what I was expecting. For all of you that didn't, you got what you paid for.

Switched to these from the goodyear eagle f1 GD3S as there are very good but when i did change to vredesteins these are alot better. Some people will find it hard to tell but it has less roll and the responce of turn in is much better and breaking is better on these aswell. Grip is equal or slightly better then the eagle f1 tires in the dry and i have no problems trusting these in the wet. Very good grip and ive got many friends to convert to these tires and now they love them so much they dont want anything else!!!

Astoundingly good in the dry/wet for what's advertised more as a snow/ice tire. Ice grip is excellent, IMO second only to the Michelin Arctic-Alpins which were the best non-studded ice tire I've ever used. Snow grip is very good considering the tread pattern. Doesn't bite in and corner like the knobby Dunlop Graspics I had before (but those had minimal ice grip). Could easily use this tire all-year round if I wanted. First tire I've ever been able to say that for!
