Just done a test drive with them after fitting. I am quite impressed by the dry grip. A bit bumpy compared to the old tyres but the new ones are a higher load rating which probably explains that. Will do another review on them mid winter when I’ve had them longer.

Disagree with the reviews criticising the grip in snow. Yes - you have to drive to suit the road conditions, but so far, these tyres haven't let me down. Considering they are 'all-season', to find a hybrid tyre that will handle all conditions is rare. I've used Michelin Cross-Climate previously and the Bridgestone Weather Control A005 tyres are at least on a par. Drove through heavy snow (yes-to the conditions) and felt the grip was good. Same goes for wet and dry conditions. Haven't had the tyres long enough to assess wear rate, but as a tyre with a good all round performance so far - no complaints.

I been using the nankang ns2 tire for a couple of years, the noise of the tire is terrible rating it from 1 to 10 I would say it’s 9 it’s too loud. The braking in summer time is good it also grip well in the corner. The braking in rainy and wet season is average I don’t push it too hard. The comfort is 1 out of 10 is only 1 the tire itself is harf with a 400 tread wear. If you have a budget get some nice tire, but if the noise is not your concern it is a good choice.

Update for my pulsar n15 sss. Never regret buying one of these, the car never over or understeer. With 85kw atw, the tires last 7000 km for the front tires. Already brought the tires for my next car/daily. It has been a lot of fun with my pulsar.

Brought for daily use. Feel fantastic, attack mode all the time. Unfortunately, the tires will only last 5000 km average for daily use (including 1 to 2 track days), and the compound start cracking after one month of use. I live in the hills FYI. Definitely will buy again for daily and track use.

I bought these as a quick cheap stopgap for winter steelies on a newer car. The main use of these will be simply as commute tyres. Maybe 2000ml a year for 4-5 month to avoid scrubbing summer alloys and better traction in the very low temps.
I can't vouch much for wet grip or grip overall as the car is very uninspiring and feels very floaty especially at motorway speeds compared to Contisport 5s.
The car has a great traction control system on summer tyres anyway but getting to work was never an issue and didn't really feel like it would be.
I just do not like the feel when driving. I have never pushed the car hard on these tyres for work of not being able to read them unlike summers.
I would not recommend these and would not buy again but feel they are still advantageous on slow city commutes and inclines compared to summers.
These are quiet on the roads.
No confidence when the car had 4 adults on motorway/A-list Roads today but it was very mild around 9'c.

Writing about the Nankang Sportnex AS2 Plus given 83% (205-50-17-V)
Driving on for 8000 miles
Bought these to replace Continental Sport Contact 5s and they are a much better tyre all round, Dry grip is improved around bends although setting off quickly they aren't as good but its not night and day. Wet grip is greatly improved over the conti's I feel confident going into bends knowing the tyre will go where I want it to. In terms of wear I have done 8k on them so far the fronts have 4.8mm and the rears are on 6.2mm so I think they are wearing quite well. I would purchase again or an equivalent all season tyre from Nankang.

Came fitted to new Nissan Pulsar. They were fine in the dry and wet braking was OK but wet cornering was dreadful with a tendency to simply break traction and slide. Also they needed changing after only 8000 miles when I used to get 20000 on my heavy old diesel Mondeo. Not all tyres are equal, it seems.

I purchased a 12 month old car which had both front Tyres replaced with Acellera PHI Tyres. These tyres were acceptable in the dry but horrendous in any form of reduced grip situation. The problems were most noticeable on braking in damp or wet weather. What would be considered normal braking (I am not a heavy braker) would cause the wheels to loose traction and the ABS kick in. I would suggest these in wet circumstances had a braking distance of at least double if not more of a premium tyre in the situation.

Unfortunately after about 2000 miles on these tyres I felt so unsafe on the road that I decided to replace them with a premium brand tyre. If you want to save some money and are happy to no rely on your brakes in anything other than perfect dry conditions these tyres are for you. Unfortunately if you value your safety I cannot recommend these tyres at all.
