Lovely tyres that were comfortable and instantly offfered good grip compared to previous budget tyres. they grip really well in the dry and wet and have lasted quite well and still going strong. Highly Recommended for a smaller car.

I have never had tyres as good as these in either wet or dry. My Peugeot 106 just gripped and gripped (I drive pretty nuts all of the time ;) ). I have a friend with toyo proxies on a gti-6 - We found that they didn't grip as well (wet or dry) and they needed replacing after 7-8000 miles, and he doesn't drive anywhere near as fast as myself.
After 7000 miles I sold the wheels. If fronts and rears were swapped, I reckon another 5000+ miles would come of them.
I will definately get more of these on my next car if they are made in the correct size, or even if slightly off.

Great tyres, best I've ever used and haven't had the sliding problems mentioned by other people here.
Better than my old kuhmo ecsta supras, but only marginally and I'm unsure as to whether they merit the extra money.
definitely recommended though!

Great progressive tyre on my S2 106 Rallye, also due the the 60 profile. They have saved me a few times from lift off oversteer, really progressive on the limit.
Dry grip is great, i never have an issue. In the wet however i do experience understeer. At the end of the day they they are a comfort based tyre not a performance one, they give you abit of both worlds even on my stripped out hot hatch.

Well in genereal these tyres are very good. changed from f1's and these are so much better. grip in dry is superb. wet is okay but leaves alot to the driver, aquaplaning is very easy in these, it doesnt take much speed before this happens if its nice and wet. as for wear, er well they dont last long. my front are gone after 5000 miles and the rears still look new. if u want these tyres then u just need to accept the fact they aint gonna last a long time if u put the hammer down. drive sensilbly and u will be okay. but for 76 a pair on ebay u really cannot get a better tyre for the price. 100% buy again.

Had these put on to my sisters Peugeot and straight away they felt quite good and gripped well. They are a radial tyre and are much better then the previous unheard of budget tyres which only lasted 10K. So far so good.

We put a set of these on it when she bought it, mainly for their all season capability as we were just going into winter.
Superb as with every Vredestein tyre i've used, and excellent value too.
The girl drives like the devil himself and the tyres have done everything asked of them, being thoroughly competent in all weathers including ice and snow.
The amazing thing is that having covered 31000 miles on them in 18 months the fronts still have 4mm tread depth and the rears 5mm...these were swapped front to rear about 8 months ago, i shall swap them over again to even out the wear but fully expect 35+K out of them....will definately buy these or the newer Quatrac 3 again.
