I have to say I’m very impressed with the uniroyal rain sport 5’s, previously having the rain sport 3 I decided to give these a go. It’s hard to tell if they are better than the predecessor but it’s surely just as good! Wet grip is incredible and on dry it handles very well, it’s made out of soft compound so they wear out after around 14k miles but what you expect from such grippy tyres. Good on fuel and definitely worth the price

I would recommend avoiding this tyres. They come on a car that I bought and I did not know the brand. On the dry road they are just ok but whe it is raining they are dangerous. I have almost done a U turn while rounding a roundabout in the rain as the car lost control even at a low speed. I went to replace them and the garage told me these are one of the cheapest brands available. I'd recommend to spend a few £ more for something a little better.

Long lasting (61000Km) good grip in wet and dry and decent price. Good tyre on this size for a normal non racing racing style driving. Would buy again.

Driving on a combination of roads for 6000 spirited miles
Bought these to replace Uniroyal RS 3 tyres (the RS 3 are great but 1 look very odd on the vehicle see the review one side looks back to front and 2 wear wearing quickly just managed to get 12 moths out of them and only 10K miles) - These tyres feel marginally sharper in the corners and well designed... However the wear rate is unbelievable I put these on in July this year 2017 and by now November 2017 they are down to the wear marker after on 6K miles - at £175 each I was expecting a bit more life - going to try conti PS 6 now... these tyres whilst feeling good on the car, wear faster than my bank balance can stand!
