Used mainly on B-roads and also used on the track. Great grip for the price. Will be buying again.

If only i had read these reviews before buying these tyres i would not have bought them. I definitely won't be buying them again!!!
Driving a Golf 5 gti on south african roads on the motorway and town I find these tyres very very very dissapointing especially after reading the reviews on the Toyo website and hearing from people using these with the same car. It may be fine for the average vehicle at normal driving at the speed limits but definitely not for the spirited driver. The response on dry is merely ok and wet conditions leaves you feeling very dissapointed. Although cheaper than bridgestone and Goodyear this is definitley not the cheapest tyre. I think if you want to enjoy your car rather spend the extra penny and buy the best. It appears from the reviews on this website that Goodyear F1 asymmetrical would be the better choice of tyre for high performance driving. I'm looking forward to wearing the Toyos out and using a real tyre. If i had the money now i would replace these immediately.

Only 14k on the front two. Became very noisy last week as I wasnt expecting to be replacing these just yet. AS the VW recommended rubber they should be better than this. Very disappointed in the wear although the performance has been quite good for spirited but steady driving. Performance in the wet has been very good and I have never been unduly worried by a quick corner. Dry performance has been un-noteworthy, but they are not prone to spinning at move off. Only the wear factor will prevent me from buying these again.
