Volkswagen Tiguan Sport 2.0 TDI 140hp Tyres

Great tyres for high speed motorway and twisty alpine autostrada and for exuberant use on country roads, in both dry and wet. These were original fitment on a VW Tiguan Sport and have taken us long distances at excessive speed. Their only failing is abysmal grip in slush and snow, which is to be expected from their diagonal no-sipe tread pattern. They are good value for money considering their high levels of grip and, taking into account the hard use to which they were put, we were very satisfaied with their life of c38k miles (down to 2mm). In order not to be confined to the inner lanes in slush and snow we will be replacing them with the more expensive Conti Cross Contact UHPs.
