Once a month Tyre Reviews summarises the user submitted data and offers Tyre Manufacturers the ability to show award badges in their marketing material.

This page will give an overview of how these award badges are created, and what badges have been officially issued by Tyre Reviews.

Generation

The award scores are based on consumer review scores of the advertised product taken from www.tyrereviews.co.uk at 00:00 GMT on the listed date.

Review scores on the Tyre Reviews website may differ to the scores stated due to subsequent consumer review submissions.

Review scores are calculated by averaging users category score, which is submitted as a grading of 1 - 10 with 1 being the worst score and 10 being the best. Review scores can be freely submitted on the Tyre Reviews website. An ownership of or driving experience with the reviewed tire is not required for a participation in a review on www.tyrereviews.co.uk.

All submitted reviews are human checked for validity, and there are automated systems in place to ensure fake / repeated reviews are deleted where possible.
