Given 30% while driving a Peugeot 206 (195/55 R15 H) on mostly country roads for 10,000 easy going miles
the worst tires that I place in my car very expensive without being worthy of it in all areas

Given 41% while driving a Mazda 3 2.0 DISI (215/45 R18) on mostly town for 7,000 average miles
Sorry to say that it was a bad experience. I had a Toyo tyre that came with my Mazda and those lasted more than a pair of brand new Bridgestone Potenzas. Seriously not even lasted a year, I had to fix them at least 3 or four times. Now I have to look for new tyres as these are unusable for going to the highway.

Excepcional Tyre.

Given 93% while driving a BMW Z3 roadster (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 20,000 spirited miles
I think this is the best tire ever created! ...and the most misunderstood.
Especially the one that was produced in Japan. Simply an amazing tire!
Phenomenal dry grip with excellent progressiveness and amazing performance
in wet roads. Never aquaplaned at any speeds! Even when the car started
to drift, it returned back very controllably. Cornering was like a train on
rails. Very stiff side-walls that translated into instant direction turning
and steer responsiveness. All this of course translates to fast tire wear.
They managed to create a stiff and at the same time fast wearing tire that
did not loose its elasticity!

Having said that, I think that Bridgestone made the biggest mistake when
they stopped producing the RE720. I have done more than 500.000 miles
with several tires and brands and I cannot find yet one that comes even
close to this tire. Some of them work ok in the beginning but their
performance deteriorates fast.

Now this tire is very much misunderstood by many people because they
were using it on lightweight cars and without proper warming up.

I have now ordered the Potenza Adrenalin RE002.
Lets hope its performance is similar to the RE720.

Given 93% while driving a Fiat Tipo (195/50 R15 V) on mostly country roads for 20,000 spirited miles
One of the best tyres ever created. Production ceased a few years ago but I still have these on my 2.0 16v Tipo. 5 years old at the time of writing and no cracking. Feedback through the tyre is amazing, and you can take them right up to the edge of grip with confidence. Even with spirited driving these have not worn much. Comfort could be a little better due to the Bridgestone's stiff sidewalls but it's a sacrifice I'll gladly take for their sometimes unbelievable grip.

Very good tyre, little too sporty for me and my driving style(no confort, lasted less as DUNLOP OE tyres).
Exeptional driving performance!
Quite expensive.

Given 73% while driving a Vauxhall Astra 888 (235/40 R17 W) on mostly country roads for 12,000 average miles
Vast improvement on the factory fitted tyres. Potenzas work very well on the 888. Not the cheapest, but tyres aren't somewhere to be cheap!

Given 64% while driving a SEAT Ibiza FR TDi (205/45 R16 V) on a combination of roads for 15,000 spirited miles
Very good grip in dry conditions. Outstanding cornering (excellent walls makes it almost impossible to bend these tyres in an high G?s corner). Braking in dry could be better. The behaviour in wet conditions is acceptable, but not good enough for brilliant results. Goodyear is the brand to beat in this field... Soft rubber; The wear in this tyres is something to consider. Not the best solution for someone that want?s to save money.

Given 64% while driving a Toyota Avensis (195/65 R15 H) on a combination of roads for 64,000 average miles
Fairly disappointed with wear. Started to wear on edge of tyre after 20,000 miles.
Road noise was almost no existant & handling good. If they were more hard wearing, I would buy again.

Not as god as the S0-2 but not bad. They are nearly match them in the dry but are a bit off in the wet. Very comparable to the Eagle F1's.

Held together well on track.

Given 77% while driving a Peugeot 309 GTi (195/50 R15 V) on mostly country roads for 15,000 spirited miles
Used these for road rallying. Excellent wet and dry grip, nicely progressive. Good grip on muddy/slimy roads too. Got through a set of fronts in about 5000 miles, but then they were being used competitively. Strong sidewalls were reassuring on white roads!
