Well for a budget tyre, I'm happy.

I wanted a new set of low cost boots for my Disco 2 and at £80/corner fitted they are on the money - quiet on ARoads and seem OK on motorway with little tram lining ( had my steering Geo reset at the same time)

Only done a handful of off-road trips but handle muddy tracks and wet fields without fuss, which is not bad for a low profile tyre. Road comfort is a bit harsh, but to be expected.

As for the pouring rain, I've yet to find a ditch but then I don't drive like a prat! When it snows I'm sure they'll be adequate, but we'll see.

Good VFM for me, - would BFG or Conti be twice as good for the money? Probably not....

Shouldn't be sold as tyre's. Should be sold as black dougnuts of death.

These tyre's are so bad I'm seriously contemplating driving on my brake disc's,,, they might provide better grip and noise level's.

The worst tyres I have ever had. I fear for my life everytime I set out. No grip, extremely noisy and uncomfortable. If they hadn't been fitted on the car when I bought it I would be asking for my money back. I'm changing them this weekend despite there being plenty of tread - something I've never had to do before in 30 years of driving.

I had 2 fullrun tyres on the rear of my civic type R.
They were 225/40/18.

I did 200 miles with them then threw them away.
These are hands down the WORST tyres I have ever had.
At very slow cornering speeds there fine.
At moderate speeds in the wet there are so bad. The back end slides and bounces over the road.
In the warm and dry they still slid when cornering.
Very very dangerous tyres.

Just had some Goodyear eagle F1 2's put on and after 10 miles there as stable as my old potenza re050a's at hard and fast cornering.

Do not buy fullrun

Never buy fullrun tyres again. I thought that the bearing gone bad but no, it was the noise from the tyres at 40km/h.

As a result of the credit crunch I could just about afford 4 of these tyres to get my Alfa 166 through the MOT. Initially I was pleased with myself but after about 2500 miles the noise became very worrying. I guessed it was front wheel bearings and a major cost. However when running the car with the front wheels jacked up the noise completely disappeared! It seems to me that the tyre compound is not really suitable for the purpose of making contact with the road. I will change all 4 as soon as I can and will never go back to tyres from Asia again.

Having replaced all wheel bearings , these tyres have created a headache -achieving road noise level that the previous Pirelli's , in comparison were relatively silent. Never , in my opinion , fit these tyres to an X type Jaguar, or buy Nurofen that is. Sorry Fullrun but I can't wait for them to wear out.

pro's - 1st Cheap!
2nd - The tyre looks ok, it's black with a tread pattern that would look good on fernando alonso's ferrari..

Con's - 1st up is the dry grip, anything above 30 mph round a corner and it feels butt clenchingly bad - almost like the rear end of the car in the near future will morph into a crab.
2nd - Road noise is ridiculous, it must be down to the F1 style tread pattern or the compound these tyre are made out off, who knows?!
3rd - Any harder breaking tend's to bring on the ABS, especially in the wet...

conclusion, If you like you car and your life you may want to consider saving a for a decent set.

These tyres were on the car (325D E92 BMW) when I bought it and have now done 20000 miles in two years. Wear very good , probably because the compound is made of the hardest substance known to man. Lethal in the wet, not too bad in dry conditions. Terribly noisy, you can even feel the vibration from the tread pattern through the pedals at around 15 mph. Although there is plenty of tread left I'm getting rid due to the inner tyre walls cracking up and losing air pressure. AVOID THESE TYRES AT ALL COSTS!!!You don't expect brilliance at this price, but these are REALLY BAD!

Don't do it. Bad in every way. Worst on snow and ice and compared with the same sized bridge stones with much less tread they are dreadful. Never again. Never.

Fullrun HP199 must be the noisiest tyres on the road. I have a X type jag and have changed 3 wheel bearings thinking it was them that were noise i could hear. In the wet well try not to go out. I have changed all the tyres with 4mm still on thay are that bad can not trust them to get round corners.
