Driving on a combination of roads for 1500 spirited miles
Loads of grip in both wet and dry. Amazing really. Don't expect them to work in the winter tho. Below 6 oC the ride becomes hard and the grip suffers. Also hopeless in the snow. They are summer tyres tho so this should be expected.
My only real problem is they wear very quickly. 13000 is the best i've managed from the fronts tho the rears are two years old and on 25k

I have a software which makes my car 270hp and 405nm torque on front wheels. In hot pursuit its very vell and can handle the power but if its colder than 20C it starts to spin very much.Eventhough its very well on wet grip but impossible to accelerate hard or accelerate average in wet or cold weather.I would like to try contisport5 next time.Almost 15000km with tires and driven hard and now it still has 5.8 mm.

Driving on a combination of roads for 50000 spirited miles
I own a R26 Megane Sport which has had in excess of 10 pairs of tyres on it within a 2 year period and have had every combination of tyres you could imagine. The ADVAN has proved to be the worst tyre I have ever had the pleasure of owning and the most expensive I have purchased. I have used AVS on previous cars and have been always impressed with the performance even if tread wear was slightly compromised. The ADVAN has proved to be a far worse companion for wear, aquaplaning, performance, dry/wet handling, than any of the major manufactures. I have also used a budget NEXUS N600 which have proved to be a more progressive performance tyre along with better wear rates for a third of the cost and probably 10% better performing for a 235/40-18 95Y rated tyre

Nice in the dry, but could be better. Wet ok and wear is correlating with loss of grip especially in the wet, under steering a lot...
