Given 89% while driving a Skoda (225/50 R17) on a combination of roads for 10 spirited miles
OEM fit on Skoda Yeti 4x4. It is my first 4x4. Yet to find grip limits in dry or wet not for want of trying. (Previously always been annoyed by wheelspin in FWD cars from standstill on damp city roads.) To date have had lots of Falken tyres over many years due to performance/price/longevity. Have done 10,000 miles on these Dunlops and not a lot of wear so far - expecting to get 30-40,000.

Does it make a difference that these are made in Germany? Can't believe how variable the reviews have been (though noted other Yeti drivers seem happy). These are the first OEM fit tyre I've had that I would happily stick to.

Given 37% while driving a Mazda 6 (225/45 R17) on mostly town for 11,651 easy going miles
Have these Dunlop Sport SP1 tyres fitted to my Mazda 6, not a fast driver but only got 11,651 miles from these tyres and they are very noisy. Extremely poor value as they are expensive to replace, would have expected 20,000 miles or so. Will not buy again.

Given 44% while driving a BMW 520d Tourer (225/50 R17 W) on a combination of roads for 13,000 easy going miles
Awful wear on these tyres, only acheiving 13k miles on a family diesel estate (BMW520d). I drive carefully and all four tyres need replacing so not just rear wheel driving wheel spinning!!! I will not buy Dunlop again. I usually get up to 30k miles on a set of tyres not 13k miles, that is just not good enough, very poor show from Dunlop that I would have hoped would have done better

Given 90% while driving a SEAT Leon Cupra R 225 (225/40 R18 W) on mostly country roads for 15,000 spirited miles
Extra load SP Sport 01 fitted to Seat Leon Cupra for nsecond time. Delighted with roadholding in wet and dry conditions. Wear could be better however performance much better than previous Pirelli and Bridgestone sets which gave similar wear properties.Good value for money.

Given 44% while driving a Alfa Romeo Giulietta (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 3,300 spirited miles
Possibly the noisiest tyres I have had the misfortune of using. Company car dictates where I can get my tyres and these were "all we've got in that size". Noisy on any surface and really noisy on any slightly rough surface. Pirelli's on previously were a joy in all weathers and conditions but were quiet. The car now shudders when braking, feels light when at speed and doesnt feel as planted. I have spoken with the tyre company who quickly fit most things and they will be replacing these free of charge very soon. Not a good tyre.

Given 83% while driving a Renault Cilo 1.2 Extreme (185/55 R15 H) on a combination of roads for 0 average miles
Got these for my renault clio dynamique 12. 16v which required R15's. Had these on a mitsubishi charisma years ago and I remembered they were good. Glad I bought these for the Clio!! Brialliant tyres. Its a premium brand, made in france, and you can feel the difference between these and a lesser quality branded tyre on the road. Comfort level is higher and it has great grip in dry and wet. ABS braking also better now.
Cant comment on wear, only done 100miles. Im sure they'll be terrible in snow but then again it is a summer tyre. Just get some winter tyre spray from halfords, job done.

Given 66% while driving a Volkswagen Sharan 1.9TDi (205/55 R16) on a combination of roads for 2,000 average miles
Accidentally bought these for my VW Sharan 1.9TDi instead of Dunlop SP2020s, grip AMAZIN but the ride was awful! The reinforced side walls transmitted every last bump into the cabin and made the steering very heavy, I took them off after only 2000 miles because it was that bad!
