Alfa Romeo (225/30 R19 W) on mostly motorways for 3,000 spirited miles
The from tires of my Giulia Quadrifoglio (3,000 Miles) has severe shuddering / noise / vibration when turning in tight circles, in car parks, garage forecourts etc. Does anyone have this problem ?

Absolutely shocking - I have had 7 of these tyres now in 18 months - all punctured. As a result I will never by a BMW again - nor will I buy a run flat tyre again.

I bought a 335d xdrive last month (Jan 2017) with 225/40-R19 front and 255/35-R19 rear run-flats. It was pre-reg'd so I had to take what it had. I did think of asking the dealer to swap them for 18" (the car cannot go below this size due to brake size). So far I have been impressed by the mix of ride comfort and handling. Sure, it does not like very poor surfaces nor the bolted down metal/rubber speed humps, butt is OK over the usual pillow humps. I have driven cars for many years and Contis are my first choice, but In the past I have fallen into the trap of looking for better tyres and ended up disappointed. So for now, after 2000 mile, I can only vouch for the comfort and handling. The car does NOT have adaptive damping, and from my experience, I would say that option is not needed; I believe the suspension has recently been improved for these cars to accommodate run flats even better - it works. I may go to 18" winter tyres next year, but in North Wales and by the coast, the temperatures rarely drop below 5 degC in winter; rain is the issue here. I got the xdrive for the B roads and steep hills (and the 335 engine!). So for me, on this car, this tyre, in this size, as run-flat, and on standard suspension works well for comfort, noise, grip and handling.

Given 69% while driving a BMW 1 series (225/35 R19 W) on a combination of roads for 2,500 spirited miles
I bought some 19" wheels for my car, and these came installed. They were very slightly used, but DOT 12 in 2016, so 4 years old with almost all the thread remaining.

Compared to my previous Dunlop SportMaxx TT, these are quieter, but much worse in dry and wet grip when cold.
Once you get some heat in them, they behave ok in wet and dry, but still worse than Dunlops.

They are pretty progressive in the dry, not so much in the wet.
Comfort is very good for a runflat tyre in such a low profile, just slightly worse than my 17" rtf Dunlops

So far, the wear is exemplary, I was worried reading the reviews, but after 2500 miles I don't see any wear at all. Maybe it's because they are older DOT, so they harden with time.

So an ok tyre, but definitely needs some heat in it before you can push harder
I'll definitely replace them with some other brand, probably Conti SC6

driven enthusiastically these are the best Run flats i have had no tram lining and progressive in every situation however I have had 2 punctures with them and even after 5 miles at 30mph flat the tyres were very hot so Im not sure you could actually go very far when you get a puncture

for a run flat they are fantastic, so much better than the standard bmw ones! they handle great and are comfortable in comparison to other run flats I have them on my 335i.
The rear tires have lasted about 5000 miles of mixed driving,the fronts look like there about halfe way through must admit I have a very heavy foot!!!
i have bought my second set for the rear,I feel that these are the best run flats out!!!

Given 70% while driving a Mercedes Benz B250 Petrol (225/40 R18) on mostly town for 12,000 average miles
Great new, but behaves kind of like a formula 1 tyre. Stupendous grip for the first 50% of its life, dicey the next 25% then OMG am i going to die today on the last 25%. One big positive is they are quite comfortable to drive on bumpy roads with for a run flat tyre.

Given 81% while driving a BMW 330 Msport (255/35 R18) on mostly country roads for 30,000 spirited miles
I replaced these tyres with Goodyear Eagle F1 Asy2 - 255/35/18 on the rear and 225/4/18 front. BMW 330d MSport
Hindsight is a great thing - people slag off runflats as harsh, uncomfortable, noisy, tramlining etc but it's noticeable how inferior the Goodyears are to this tyre.
I got 30k miles out of the Pirellis, great feedback, instant and rock steady turn in. The Goodyears are washy and imprecise in comparison. Yes the ride is more supple but I don't get anywhere near the precise feel of this Pirelli. I chose the Eagles because everyone raves about them and says BMWs are great odd runflats - maybe that's Bridgestones they complain about because the Pirelli runflats are a much better tyre.
Anyone want to buy some nearly new Goodyears?

Very poor tyre. You feel every bump and sometimes feel the car is about to leave the road. Be prepared to have to buy a new tyre every time you go over a pot hole. Because I have had to have 2 new tyres in the space of a month as there is no give in the tyre. I was advised by a reputable tyre company to take run flats off the car all together.

I bought my car second hand and it came with Dunlop SP 01 RFT's. I quickly understood why people call them "runcraps". They crashed loudly, even over cat's eyes, and they tramlined horrendously to the point they were just dangerous.
When it came time to change, I did my research and picked the Pirelli's. They are a completely different tyre. To put it simply - they are like a regular (non RFT) performance tyre.
The grip is great in wet and dry, but they're comfortable too. No more crashing, no more tramlining. Highly recommended.

Given 90% while driving a BMW 325i (255/40 R17 W) on mostly motorways for 15,000 easy going miles
A followed up review regarding to my review posted on November 13, 2011.
I thought the tyres might not last long. I was wrong. After 3 years and 25000km, there are still 5mm tread depth left. The tyres are silent with regular wear. Very impressive.

Given 91% while driving a BMW X5 (280/45 R19) on a combination of roads for 2,000 average miles
Fitted as a replacement for the original Continental UHP runflats on my x5 msport. Big improvement in terms of steering response and feel, grip and handling much improved, quieter and more compliant ride. Cannot comment on wear as only had them for 2 months/ 2000 miles. They are expensive but are well worth the difference they make to how the X5 drives and behaves.
