These are the first set of winter tyres i have purchased so can't compare them to others but I am very impressed, the amount of grip in the snow is unbelievable. Best of all is the braking abilities, I found I could break quite hard on the snow.
Highly recommend.
I just wish more people in the UK would buy winter tyres!!

Driving on a combination of roads for 35000 average miles
They are fantastic on the normal day to day city driving - giving me the grip when I need it in wet and dry. I loved the feedback of the Potenza Road Rspec tyre, but they were harsh and I felt evry bump on the city and country roads. The PS3's give me comparable grip and excellent feedback without the bumpy, noisy ride. All I had to get used to again was timing hard turns and allowing for the softer sidewall - but hey - you have to sacrifice one thing to gain another. In this case it was a more comfortable daily drive. I will reserve the Potenzas for track days from now on. As far as wear goes - no complaints what so ever - just keep your alignments and pressures right. You get what you give - treat them like crap and and they won't last as long. Surprised to see the low milage from some - as I am not a dainty driver and still reckon I will get around 40 to 45,000 miles out of mine. Definately will look at fitting the same again.
