Given 84% while driving a BMW 320i Touring (205/55 R16 W) on a combination of roads for 60,000 spirited miles
These tyres lasted about 30,000 miles on my BMW 320. Some criticise the comfort of run flat tyres but car has a very good ride - probably because the tyres are the standard higher profile ones that come on 16 inch wheels as opposed to the more "macho" low profile tyres that feature on higher spec BMW's.

Fitted to E90 M Sport. Front tyres wore uneven and wore out of round resulting it having to be replaced after just 25000km. Rear tyres wore down to limit after 30000km. Tyre has much better grip and comfort than Bridgestone RE050A RFT.

Given 91% while driving a BMW 320D (225/45 R17) on mostly country roads for 5,000 average miles
Having suffered with Bridgestone Potenza Runflats when the car was new I replaced the rears at 16000 miles with these Conti SportContact 2 SSR Runflats and what a fabulous difference. Car now sticks to road like glue, ride comfort very much better and am no longer frightened of driving on wet roads, of which we have too much in west Scotland.
Why don't BMW fit these as original equipment instead of those dreadful Potenza 's?

Brilliant tyres very grippy in the dry and excellent in the wet, wearing well too they are down to 7mm after 8k.

Given 51% while driving a BMW E91 325i (225/45 R17 W) on mostly motorways for 12,000 easy going miles
This tyre lies in the front of my car, wears very unevenly and generates terribly loud noise. It has rim protection that didn't fully stop my whe els from kissing the curb. It is very old tyres design, even its successor CSC3 is being replaced by CSC5. So luckily I don't have to buy this tyre again.
