These tyres are brilliant, it's a shame you can't get them anymore. The relpacement bridgestone s03 doesn't suit the griff as well and don't seem as good as the s02.

Very happy with these, a big improvement on the Goodyear SO3s I had before. Grip in the dry is excellent and I feel more confident getting the power down coming out of bends e.g. off a roundabout. Wet grip seems perfectly adequate, not really pushed it for obvious reasons. The biggest difference I noticed is that the softer sidewall seems more appropriate for the low weight of the Griff and the uprated springs I have. The ride is much less harsh which as well as being more comfortable also improved the handling and allowed me to reduce the damping quite considerably. The SO3s just seemed to introduce some horrible resonances unless I had the damping right up and then it felt like a track car on the road.
I can't comment on wear rate yet but unless it turns out to be terrible I will probably consider them again.
