Barum Bravuris 3HM Reviews - Page 4

Given 90% while driving a Audi A6 TDI Quotro 3.0 S Line (245/40 R18 W) on a combination of roads for 500 spirited miles
Great tyres, literally the same feel as Michelin PS3, comfortable and great grip. Haven't tried in wet yet so need to try and il update the review. They are a tad noisier than the michelins but for the price difference it's well worth it! 70£ barums vs 130£ Michelins. Honestly do yourself a favour and buy these you won't be dissapointed if you want a good daily driving touring tyre. Just make sure whoever fits them knows what they are doing as my garage didn't.

These tires are comfortable and quiet. Before them, I had Continental ContiPremium Contact 5 and I can tell you, Barum Bravuris is also an excellent tyre. I would recommend them.

What most people don't realise is that Barum are the same tyre as Conti
Uniroyal , Semperit and General. The only difference is the tread pattern.
It is marketed as a budget tyre, but that's only a positioning strategy.
If you're not bothered about brand image then you're effectively driving
On top quality rubber. I recently did a 750mile drive on mine and have
No complaints. Think I paid £75 each.

I am using since 20.000km this tyres. Its really soft and comfortable but ı cant say not much more noisy.Road feedback and grip better than old tyre (pirelli p7).

I cant drive most cold wheathers, ı hope ıt will not lose soft character and grip.

Theses are a very good tyre for the price and have been the best tyres I have had fitted to the rear wheels of this car for low wear rate regardless of price.
A good solid tyre with an exceptionally low wear rate

Usually I don't like Barum tyres for summer season but reviews are right. This tyre is silent, comfortable, grippy (considering for road tyre) and doesn't squeek even during spirited driving.. Man can trust them. Some tyres are like driving on jelly fish but this isn't. Considering price, it is great deal.

This tyre is perfect on wet and dry grip and other characteristics. Road feedback, comfort and price excellent. My first original tyres were Bridgestone potenza, but Barum bravuris 3hm is
way more better than it.I am very pleased of this tyre.

Nice, better than the high end hankooks I had. May be a hair slower to respond than the hankooks, but all around a great tire.

I've done moderate power diesel hatchbacks for a while. I know how hard it is to find decent tyre for this type of a car, not going crazy price wise.

Running those tyres on Ibiza Fr TDI with upped power and torque is excellent. Light FWD car with more than 350Nm of torque and short chassis, gives a good test for any tyre.
Barum 3HM give almost unchanged strong grip in wet and dry. Hard to push them past the limit and you can gradually feel it right before they go. They wear very slowly and once balanced at fitting just starting to go off, after a lot of uneven roads and pot holes. Road noise is normal, nothing special. Overall Best price-quality tyre you can get in low profile 16s for less than £65/tyre fitted (East Midlands area, thanks National Tyres).

Given 94% while driving a Volkswagen Golf GT Tdi 110 (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 8,000 average miles
I have driven these tires more than 13000 km, and there's no noticeable wear marks. I think they will last at least 3 summer seasons.
Grip - even with 150hp 320Nm diesel they don't start to spin with 2nd gear on dry surface, plenty of grip on straight and corners. In wet they excellent prevent aqua gliding, but tires will spin when exiting corner on full throttle. The only thing i dont like is that tire sides are very flabby. Sport suspension and these tires will cause feeling like driving on gel, especially when avoiding pot holes.
But as its wear and grip is very good i would defiantly buy again.
