Driving on a combination of roads for 1000 spirited miles
Well this is the first time I have ever spent more than £50 per tyre and after much research I decided to either go for Hankook V12 Evo K110's or Yokohama Parada Spec 2's. Seen as both tyres were on back order for my size, I was offered the K415's as an alternative. All I can say is they are amazing - quieter than the previous budgets, more grip, better in the wet and basically just an amazing tyre! I would definatly recommend and buy again altho id still like to try the V12 Evos! Also they were a bargain at £82 each - thats cheaper than everything else I looked at! Just to see how long they last now!

Driving on a combination of roads for 100 spirited miles
Fantastic all round tyre! The best road tyre i've used and i've used a few ! Stunning wet grip and all the dry grip you'll ever need! Have done 50+ laps of the nurburgring on this set of tyres in wet and dry conditions plus four uk track days fantastic! Not as good as a real track day tyre on the track but ok for 9 min laps of the ring in my diesel so must be ok.

Writing about the Uniroyal Rainsport given 90% (205-45-16-V)
Driving on a combination of roads for 22000 spirited miles
Why to buy this tires:
- Fantastic tyres on rain (at 180km/h on very wet road it goes smooth and secure)
- On dry it goes as good as any good performance tire
- It as a good road feedback (u might strange it at the beginning, but when u force it it just turns harder and harder)
- Progressiveness is smooth (your car wont spin without understanding)
- Changing tyres half the wear, it can hold 35000km with curve speeding (the Ibiza destroys any tyre on the exterior side)
- Good comfort considering the low profile of the tyre

Finally the PRICE:
- VERY GOOD PRICE FOR A BRAND WITH STATUS

DEFINITELY A TYRE TO BUY AGAIN AND AGAIN

Driving on a combination of roads for 20000 average miles
These tyres are good value for the money. They do not wear very well i have replaced the tyres approx every 9K-10K. The grip is brilliant in dry, good in wet but with the heavy diesel up front it can lose grip on the odd occassion.
Overall however i am very happy with the tyres.

Writing about the Pirelli PZero Nero given 81% (205-40-17-W)
Driving on a combination of roads for 15000 spirited miles
For standard fit I was genuinly surprized with these tyres, excelent grip wet or dry. Moving from Proxies on my previous car the balance between level of grip available and wear was very good. They didn't have the outright grip the Toyos' had but lasted 50% longer with 75% of the grip.
I will 100% be replacing them with the same tyre.

Writing about the Bridgestone Turanza ER30 given 70% (205-45-16-W)
Driving on a combination of roads for 25000 average miles
Very good tyres, never had any slips or slides, they always make you feel you could have gone faster. Good wear but they havn't been used hard. Very noisy, you have to raise your voice in the cabin to talk over them on anything but the smoothest roads. Concrete is terrible.

Writing about the BFGoodrich gForce Profiler 2 given 69% (205-45-16-V)

Very good grip in dry conditions. Not so good cornering as Bridgestone´s Potenza. Outstanding braking in dry. Aquaplannig in very wet conditions. Wet grip needs improving.

Writing about the Bridgestone Potenza RE720 given 64% (205-45-16-V)
Driving on a combination of roads for 15000 spirited miles
Very good grip in dry conditions. Outstanding cornering (excellent walls makes it almost impossible to bend these tyres in an high G´s corner). Braking in dry could be better. The behaviour in wet conditions is acceptable, but not good enough for brilliant results. Goodyear is the brand to beat in this field... Soft rubber; The wear in this tyres is something to consider. Not the best solution for someone that want´s to save money.

Writing about the Michelin Pilot Primacy given 59% (205-45-16-W)
Driving on a combination of roads for 12000 spirited miles
Good Points: Excellent wear and progressive at limit.

Bad Points: Noise! At first thought I had a wheel bearing going, such is the drone. They squreach and let go with out too much effort. Expensive and stuck with them for the mean time...

Writing about the Continental Sport Contact 2 given 53% (205-45-16-W)
Driving on a combination of roads for 8000 spirited miles
Lack´s traction even on 2nd or 3rd gear and the foot goes down unleashing the torque of the engine; they just spin out and would be worse if wasn't´t for the traction control... Very noisy! Not impressive in dry, they do their job but not with confidence. Same thing in wet conditions; Aquaplaning is an option, I´ve had them for a few time but have been awarded with 2 or 3 scares of that kind. On the upper hand they seem to last longer then some of the other "sporty" tyres i used. Conclusion: A medium all aspect tyre, but one of the worse sets i´ve mounted in the front axis. Worse than these? Perhaps only a couple of Bridgestones Turanza ER30 that came with the car.
