I’ve done 42k hard miles on my ZZ3’s and still have plenty of tread.
Vast majority on motorways so I don’t know if this has a bearing on wear? Never once missed a beat including thousands of miles in heavy rain from Scotland through the lakes and back (my usual drive).
I’ve just put 4 new Vredersteins Wintrack’s on as snow was their only downfall and we are meant to be in for another battering this year. They will live in the shed until I can put them back on in the spring.

Not a good rear tyre for an A6, scrubbed of inside rear edge very quickly at less than 29000 miles also seem badly mishappen (got 62000 miles off original rear tyres) have read there are problems with these tyres when fitted to the rear of other cars - Avon should do the honest thing and change their recommendations - and replace these tyres!!

these tyres are great value for the money would 100% buy again with even hinkjng twice. in the dry you can chuck the car in any corner at high speed an i know its safe they have good grip. so i dont know why people are commenting say the grip isint to good because it clearly is?? they hardly make any noise and are comfortable. ive driven 7,000 VERY HARD miles and theres still plenty left. great tyre! recommend to anyone tbh especially civic drivers feel amazing on type r's! ive tried the bridgestones tbh i just wanted them off! crap for the price of them!

Great tyres. Perfectly capable of dealing with the massive torque of my 330d. Made the car really manageable and fun on the limit. Would buy again if the wear rate was on the better side of 10k miles :P

these tyres are great for the money. Love them, they have been replaced by the ZV5 which are just as good. I had ZZ3's fitted to my previous car a Seat Ibiza TDI Sport and covered over 50000 miles (obviously not one set of ZZ3's) this encouraged me to buy again for my new car.

Good set of tyres, only had them at the rear and had them put on when it snowed last year and it made a massive difference. When the roads were BMW graveyards I managed to drive around with minor hassle. Previously has Pilot Sports, which offered more grip in wet and dry but were hopeless in the snow due to their radial tread pattern. Good all round cheap(er) tyre.

A good tyre, except, they went badly out of shape and give terrible road noise.
