Excellent tyres for this car. Well damped, very quiet, directional tracking, wet grip, wear. Very pleased and will buy again. Previously had Pilot.

Driving on a combination of roads for 25000 spirited miles
I was extremely impressed with these tyres.. Hardwearing, responsive, good wet/dry grip. I wasn't expecting them to be much cop, but was pleasantly surprised. Dry grip is better than the conti's I had on before and the wet grip is improved too. And in the current hazardous driving conditions the grip I'm getting in the ice and snow is surprising too!! For the price these tyres are outstanding and I will be buying them again. Please be aware, tyre performance does depend on the road surface, and for UK roads, these tyres are fantastic.

Writing about the Falken ZE912 given 90% (235-45-17-W)
Driving on mostly motorways for 4000 average miles
I've tried many makes of tyre (Goodyear, Pirelli, Dunlop, Michelin etc) on my 530i Touring but never been truely happy with any of them.

Fitted 4 Falken ZE912s on a recommendation from Protyre.

Absolutely fantastic tyre! At least as far as wet/dry grip and comfort is concerned. Not had them long enough to comment on wear and on a commute I'm hardly going to push it to the max to check progressiveness!

Grip is far superior to any of the previous tyres in wet or dry and the road noise is vastly improved.

Just bought 4 for my wifes 330i and will definately buy again for my car.

Still on original set at 26k! Over 3mm still left, wear is very even across width of tyres. Rears wear slightly faster than fronts.
Have never felt anything other than utterly safe with these tyres - haven't previously liked Michelins on previous cars.
Very comfortable considering the profile. Moulded-in rim guard is useful, protecting against the worst scuffs.
Will replace with same later this year when below 2.5mm.

Writing about the Falken FK452 given 87% (275-40-17-W)
Driving on mostly country roads for 0 average miles
Good, affordable tyre. I use 235/45-17 in front and 275/40-17, which gives me good traction. The tyre is good in any situation. I used the Pirelli P-Zero before, but cannot find and noticable difference between those and the FK452. Please mark I am an average driver and I do not push my car to the limits :-)

Writing about the Avon ZZ3 given 87% (235-35-17-W)
Driving on mostly motorways for 116000 spirited miles
I have always stuck to Pirelli tyres (P zero) in the past. I needed some tyres quickly and could only get Avon. Well frankly I think that I would now ask for Avon. Good in both the wet and the dry with good grip on cornering. Country roads are coped with easily and so are motorways. Great performance all round

Moved to these from Pilot Sports and found them to be excellent.
Grip is good providing you stick diligently to the right pressure.
Believe they were designed for Porsche but they work very nicely only my 540.
Good looking profile, and the Red rosso decal to let other tyre geeks know what you're running! Nice.
I've scored 'Wear' high as I'm happy with their life. I probably get 8-10k from rear, 15-18k from front - this is with terrible city roads, and I'm very impatient.
Would recommend.

The best winter tyre I had so far. No amount of snow can surprise you even with RWD and an empty car!
