Bought to replace Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3s which were excellent but wore out after just 8500 miles.
The grip from these is far superior, especially in the wet, and have lasted to just over 12000 miles. I could probably get a few more miles out of them (they have 3mm tread left), but the feedback is telling me it's time to change.
These are also far, far superior to the Merc original Michelins which, while lasting 24000 miles, were a nightmare in the wet.
I can also state that I had no issues with the grip of the F1 asymmetrics in the recent snowy weather - sure they don't have much grip in snow (not many non-winter tyres do), but low revs, low speed and a little forethought saw us safely to/from work each day.
Incidentally, if you have tyre sizes which aren't readily available in winter tyres, I heartily recommend AutoSocks as an alternative option!

Buy agiain? I just did! I've tried many different brands on my Merc SLK and have just fitted another set of Ecsta KU31's as I have been that impressed with them. I drive over 25000 miles a year, with a mix of London town, ordinary roads and motorways. The grip is impressive and the car stops quicker in the wet and dry than with other brands including the big names (Pirelli, Michelin). The Kumhos are quieter and better in the wet as well as being at least as long lasting as Mich Pilots. Excellent performance overall and certainly nothing touches them at this price. Typical mileage 45-50000 on the front and 25000 on the rear!! Impressive!

I replaced my PZero's when due and the replacements only lasted for 5000 miles. My car does produce some HP but the standard fit PZero is not good on my 350 SLK. have now goe for Bridgestone S001. The outer part of the tyre dissapeared very quickly on all four tyres.

Some cheapscape bought these tyres for the car I then bought! driving round Silverstone(Stowe) circuit in the Wet and then dry proved how useless they are. They were fitted on the back and the traction control came on all the time as the back slid out badly in the wet and also dry. They also spin up under moderate acceleration in the wet.
I would rate these tyres as dangerous on a powerful car.
