Driving on a combination of roads for 1500 spirited miles
Hi there, I'm driving these tyres for about 2000 km, and I'm very satisfied with them, it seems like i can not put the car out of the road whatever I do, also the comfort is very good, had a little bit doubt since my previous dimension was 205/55/16 but it is only a small difference between.
Much better than previous Bridgestone ER30

at first wanted to buy either yokohama c drive and dunlop tires. but recommended to use this tire. less noise, good grip in dry and wet condition since it has AA traction. an honda Odyssey owner also recommends this tire to me. in the end, decided to buy this tire. first impression, wow! nice grip especially at cornering and sharp bend. good tire!

Good tyres. They did very good job till 21k miles when started to lose grip. Quick warming. To much noise after 15k miles.

Quite a decent tyre for its price. Good dry grip and handles well in wet. Good aquaplaning resistance. Been using it for about 1600km.

I had these tyres installed in my Honda Civic 8th Gen to replace the worn out stock fitted Bridge Stones.

The highlight of the Yoko's is the comfort. They are extremely silent and soft on the car's suspension. In the first few weeks after getting these installed i actually looked forward to driving my car at work and around town everyday as the car felt quite and smoother than before. The tyres absorbed the bumps on the road beautifully.

The wet grip of Yoko's is normal, In my opinion the bridge stones when new offered a much better grip in wet conditions. The confidence level remains a little low when negotiating round abouts and narrow exits from the flyovers and motorways .I felt the car slipping away a little at speed of 50-60KM when negotiating narrow turns.

The dry grip however was satisfactory.

Writing about the Pirelli P 7 given 69% (205-55-16-H)

Bought them on April 2011 to replace the rubbish Bridgestones it has before. Compared to the Bridgestone Turanza ER30s these were much better. The car was instantly transformed. Road noise, tyre roar, road feedback and progressiveness was much improved. Overall very happy with P7s but I wouldnot buy them again as there are many other tyres which are better. The reason I got Pirellis was because I have never used Pirellis before and just wanted to see how good or bad they are. Might get Continental or Michelin or even Dunlop. Very happy indeed.

Has these rubbish tyres fitted when I bought the car from new. Utterly rubbish after the car was just 1 month old. The rubber was hard which is terrible on bumpy ruads. Loud tyre roar at any road even on motorways. Girp is poor even at dry roads. Extremely spilly at wet. I'm glad these are no longer in production and is to be avoided at any cost. I can't believe Bridgestones are under a premium brand on this site as they should be under midrange. Switched to Pirelli P7s on all 4 corvers and completely transformed the car.
