This was my 1st set of Hankooks that I got recommended to by a friend who is a tyre fitter (No he didn't get commission!)
The tyres in my opinion are as good but not that as good as Toyo Proxies which I had previous, but for the money I spent on the set I would get again, in fact I have just got another 2 tyres due to getting the car lowered which increased my tyre wear due to improper chassis setup.

I bought the car and it had 4 of these fitted as part of the sale. I was initially very wary as I have always previously gone for premium brands and had no experience of Goodride.
They grip very nicely in the dry and I can't fault them there. A destinct difference in the wet they do get slippery but not dangerously so. Feedback and wear have been good over the 5,000 miles I've had them so far.
My only concern on these is the noise, far noiser than ALL other tyres I've had on this model of car before, it can get too much at times and for this reason I wouldn't buy this tyre again. On all other areas it scores very well and if your car has excellent sound proofing its probably one to consider for the price!

Driving on a combination of roads for 38000 average miles
Driving on a combination of roads for 38000 average miles
I've had these tyres for 18 months and 38,000 miles.
I don't drive like a hooligan but I don't hang around either. The tyres have never given me cause for concern and have done well in a few nasty moments that I've had while driving on them.
They are noisier than some other tyres but if they are unbearably noisy, then I'd suggest that there might be something wrong with your bushes or ball joints. I had increased noise levels when these were worn on my car.
I think that 38,000 miles is excellent for a budget tyre so I'm buying the same again.

The TOYO T1R's are a good tyre and had various sets over the last 6 years, they average about 8-12k miles before they need replacing, good grip in the dry and wet, do tend to slide when they wear down though being a soft compound, but due to new noise regs in 2011 they are not producing now, so went for Hankook K110, lets see how these perform.

Bought these through a combination of price and reviews on here.
Wet grip, and in particular anti-aquaplaning is very good, better than my previous Continental Sport Contact 2's.
Road noise is terrible, not so bad for the first 1500 miles but seems to get progressively worse to the extent that it drowns out the noise produced by the performance exhaust at motorway speeds.
Wear rate I would say is poor when compared to the previous Continentals which lasted 27,000 miles, and these have only managed 9000 miles - and this was only achieved through swapping the fronts with the rears.
The car wanders significantly on tramlines and this seems more pronounced than the Continentals, and they weren't great either, though saying this, I've had the car from new and have never been convinced that it was tracked properly from new....something I need to get round to having checked.
After comparing Continental Sp.Contact 3's, Toyo Proxes T1R's, Falken ZE912's and Uniroyal Rainsport 2's, I'm now replacing these with the Uniroyals based on a combination of great online reviews and price.
