got these a few months ago and by far the best tyre i have owned, they stick to the road like something to a blanket, i bought them as toyos are very highly recommended on the fiat forum for puntos and it was either these or t1r's. i when for these as they are more hardy for use in the winter and they are not as known for wearing out fast like the t1r's.

overall a very good tyre in all seasons would defo recommend

Driving on a combination of roads for 500 average miles
I have fitted these tyres for the winter, and been on for a week. They are great for the colder damp nights and early mornings (I work shifts). They are much quieter and comfortable than I expected and the feedback is good too, again, better than expected. Too soon to consider wear, but they are on for winter only, so should do 2 seasons easily.
Altogether a good buy at 50gbp each for a really secure feel to the car.

Bought these for my son who has just got his first car (2nd hand Punto) I put these onto the front as previous tyres were shocking - what a difference! Went out last night in the rain and went round a roundabout at pace and not a deviation - total confidence in these....looking forward to the winter now!! Trust me buy these, I travel 25,000 miles a year and I know good tyres. If your son or daughter has a car put these on!

OK - So not a motorway tyre but if you live out of town and commute a few miles to work or shops there is nothing better for the price. Medium snow tyre that you will also feel safer in big rain.

These tyres came with a set of used alloy wheels. They are ok in the dry, but do break away on damp roundabouts etc. They have a very open tread pattern, and are noisy on anything but new tarmac. So GL695's are ok for cheap tyres and wear seems above average for their type.

A good quality tyre, good all round performance but not exceptional. My main issue with these tyres is road noise, which is intrusive on the Punto. No better than a Fulda or Uniroyal, noisier and cost more.

Driving on a combination of roads for 43000 spirited miles
i must have duds, as these tyres are almost dangerous in the wet, there not bad in the dry but in the wet they are so slippy i have to feather the clutch to stop the wheels spinning out at junctions. breaking is awful and as for wear they have done 43,000 and i have done 7,000 of that and they still have 5mm tread left, great value but not at the cost of my life.
just got enough money to replace them and got some toyo proxes 4s and there where £35 a tyre which is cheaper than these and they are 100x better in everyway.
