Bought full set after viewing this site 18months ago and have just fitted another set after 19000miles (wheels rotated midway- unintentional but will prob do again) average motoring incl some 5000 towing a caravan.Have had several cars with large low profiles, mainly BMWs .Dont know if Ford have the steering set up especially sorted but with this car/tyre combination I do not get the wandering on uneven, cambered roads that has been such a pain in the past.Well satisfied!

I've now driven >6000 miles (10,000km) and can only give praise for these tyres - MUCH better than Bridgestons originals fitted by Ford on my Mondeo Titman X. My back no longer jars with every bump and I feel much more confident in driving in the wet = no sliding about like a pregnant milk float. The wear on these tyres seams better than the Bridgstones and I'm confident that they will last 23K - 25K miles on the front. I've just purchased 2 more Falken 912's and expect them to last 35K miles on the rear. Well done Falken...

Put a passenger front tyre on to see how it would go. Now putting another one on the front drivers side. At 2/3rds of the price of the pirelli or continentals, they are great. Life in Scotland is rarely dry so these give lots of confidence in the wet and wild conditions up here. Wear and tear is good after 4000 miles in 6 weeks! Also the car is noticeable quieter on longer motorway runs. I was originally sceptical, but am now a convert based on price and performance.

as a private hire taxi driver, i renew my tyres every 6 months
doing a lot of mileage 3 point turns etc,im based in a rural
location spending a lot of time on dirty wet muddy country lanes.
ive found them excellent all round tyre with good wear rates, although i do turn round "front to rear" every 5k, Sadly my only moan is the price
12 months ago they were £88 each there now £130 !!! after chattin with my supplier hes offered me pirelli P zeros for an extra tenner a tyre,so im changin to the P zeros lets hope ive made the rite choice !!!

I replaced the Continental sport 2s after 13000 miles from new and got 4 Falken 452s, 7000 m later still as new very impressive. Road noise was a concern when I read some comments below, but it’s about the same as with the factory fitted tyres. I would recommend them.

I did have Continental (they came with the car) and they never lasted more than 10,000 miles, tram0lined and were noisy. The GY F1 have done 15K on the front (just about to change them) and 20K on the back (still loads of tread)

235/40/18 fitted to 2010 Ford Mondeo. Replaced original Continental Sport Contact 2s with Goodyear Efficientgrips and there is no noticable degradation of grip, ride or quality. They are however £30-40 a corner cheaper than Contintentals so they get my vote.
Seem slightly quieter too but that might just be because the old tyres were worn! Perhaps slightly more cushioned ride than the Contis but I can't decide if that's me imagining it or not.
Very good tyre with bags of grip.
