Passenger Car Summer Ultra High Performance Tyres Tyre Review Highlights

Uniroyal RainSport 5 rated 88% while driving a BMW 330d M Sport
Driving on a combination of roads for 7000 spirited miles
Retired my Bridgstones after several sets as not worth the money for average performance. Switched to the Rainsports 3's all round on my BMW 330D Touring some 7 years ago, won't use any other tire. Gives me so much confidence in the wet & dry, great grip, good wear rate also when exercising the 'Horses' to a good lather. The Rainsport 5's appear just as good, won't consider anything else for the money.

Laufenn S Fit EQ Plus rated 91% while driving a Audi A4 Avant B9
Driving on a combination of roads for 509 average miles
These tyres when brand new come with 7.6mm of tread unlike some well known brands that come with 6.5mm. Compared with the michelin crossclimate 2 which I have just taken off I am getting the same mpg which shows they have a good rolling resistance. Plenty of grip in both the wet and dry. I am going to use these all summer and report back later in the year. Don't be fooled into buying branded tyres when you can get good tyres like these at a fraction of the price. I do recommend these

RoadX RXMOTION U11 rated 28% while driving a SEAT Leon 5f mk3 2014
Driving on a combination of roads for 1000 average miles
Car came with these fitted on the rear with Michelin Primacy on the front. Dry grip seems ok but they are absolutely hopeless in the wet and even worse when the temperature drops.
Turning in to a bend outside my home town that I have taken a thousand times before, they completely failed to have any lateral grip and the car flashed its traction control light and threw its back end round. Wet weather, - yes but not standing water, temperature - probably around 9-10 degrees, "enthusiastically" chucked into the corner - NO. Feel the lack of grip in roundabouts to the point where it feels like I could quite easily flick the backend of a front drive car out with only mild encouragement.
Car is new to me and is more stiffly sprung that previous car (Mondeo) but the tyres seem comfortable enough. Given the level of grip, I suspect that these tyres will last forever... but not on this vehicle. My other half has H12's (205x55x16) on her golf and they are 100 times better than the U11's.
The U11's however will not be kept long enough for any mid life or end of life report. A pair of Bridgestones are on order and I expect this to make the car much safer to drive.

Kumho Ecsta PS31 rated 74% while driving a Kia Motors Cerato 2019
Driving on mostly country roads for 60000 average miles
Good grip on wet cornering, also day grip is excellent. But the wear is quite short then the tyre got the tear mark.

Roadstone Eurovis Sport 04 rated 66% while driving a Renault
Driving on a combination of roads for 14000 miles
Driving on a Renault 1.5 diesel kadjar these tyres lasted 6 month only - 13 to 14000 miles only on the front.
Apart from that I have no complaints at all.
I've just replaced with the same again, but after checking how long the last pair lasted I will try something different in another 13 to 14000 miles.

Yokohama Advan Fleva V701 rated 76% while driving a Alfa Romeo GT 1.9 JTD
Driving on mostly country roads for 9000 spirited miles
Soo i come back, with a tyre review after 15000km. My reviewed might be more negative about handling and more positive about wear as i put them on in October and did most driving while road conditions got worse and worse so less grip less wear keep that in mind. The tyre was great, comfort gets better as the tyres break-in not over bumps but in the corners when you corner really hard at 140kmh they make some vibrating noise witch slowly goes away in few thousand kilometers but not completely, they have about 3mm still left on them its amazing how slowly they wear, and evenly as the manufacturer sayed, my car have a lot of camber specially on the back but the tyres wear completely evely only the outside tyre is very slowly fading away, i run them with 2.80-3bar in them and i have put them front to back at 7000km and i could feel the difference how the rear lost some grip mabey not the grip but the sharpness, some goes now with the front yesterday i tried doing circles and "8" shaped cornes from left to right without any electric control and i did a lot of wear to outside tyres as traction control was not on and on the front i can definitely feel how they lost sharpens Maybe also some grip in the wet, i am angry at myself but those 5minutes were really enjoyable, this tyres are very squealy so the noise is definitely not the limit indicator but they reach and go over the limit very progressively with good feedback you can go over the limit all day and remain comfortable in the tyre, the grip is almost the same in dry and wet maybe not now in the colder temperatures wet road is very slippery many days.. and they deform a lot under extreme load yesterday my friend watching me stopped me after i got a handle of limits because he saved my rims almost touched the floor so yeah this shows the grip is definitely there even in the wet but you can feel is going down with the wear of the tyre. I am recommending this tyres to everyone who drives spiritually, also normally but the comfort factor may make normal drivers choose something else, for the money 108€ with work they are very good but not the best.

Fullrun HP199 rated 31% while driving a Volkswagen Polo 1.4 8v
Driving on mostly town for 20000 easy going miles
Bought a set of these tyres and must admit, it's a bad quality. The tyres startes cracking on the side walls and very risky to any road users. I don't recommend these tyres to anyone.

Very good tyre, handling is very nice, dry grip is excelent on the wet is also good. I was pushing the tyres to their limits and they never dissapoint ..The only complaint is that the wear is not that good.. I highly recomend this tyre.

RoadX RXMOTION U11 rated 34% while driving a Ford Focus
Driving on a combination of roads for 3000 average miles
These were new on the front of my Ford focus which I bought second hand in January. 16k on tje clock and rear tyres still had factory original michelin pilot 4s on . These tyres have to be the worst I have ever driven on in over 30 years of motoring. Horrible feedback and the grip is borderline dangerous. Ended up buying 4 goodyear asymmetric 6 tyres and the car is like a different car. Full confidence going into a roundabout and don't have to judge if your goi g to slide or take someone out . These tyres should be avoided at all costs. Spend more and stay safe.

Kumho Ecsta PS71 rated 77% while driving a SEAT Leon FR 2.0 TFSI
Driving on mostly town for 1000 average miles
These tyres were already fitted when I bought my car and are brand new (front axle). They are perfectly adequate and can easily handle the 190hp of my Seat Leon. Traction is good, as is handling, and comfort seems to be quite good too. These are a sporty tyre, and the car does feel quite agile and well connected to the road. The sidewalls even look pretty good I think. I can reccomend these, especially at their low price point, but will likely go with a more premium offering when the time comes to replace them.
